Brook Green   Evan Llewellyn is responsible for assisting the council, residents and users of Brook Green and Little Brook Green and to maintain an attractive, safe and useful green open space in our midst.  Contact: Evan LLewellyn

Schools Liaison & Community Prize    John Higgins is our member with responsibility for liaising with Brook Green schools.  Contact: John Higgins

Secretary    Ainslie Johnston, Secretary to the Committee, is responsible for recording proceedings at committee meetings and AGMs, maintaining the membership database and recording subscription payments, and acting as the BGA's principal point of contact for members and outside organisations. Treasurer    Julian Johnston, treasurer, is responsible for keeping the Association's books, preparing Charity Commission returns and reclaiming Gift Aid from the Inland Revenue. Julian Johnson

Trees & planting & 'greening'    Evangeline Karn's role is to organise/collate the annual report from the BGA tree wardens for Hammersmith Council, and oversee the wardens tree care work.  She also develops ideas relating to the "greening" of the Brook Green area.  Contact Evangeline Karn

Recycling/Street Cleansing    Vicki Botwood helps to promote the council recycling (orange and clear sack) scheme.  She is also concerned in the state of the local streets and the problems of fly-tipping, billposting and graffiti.  Contact Vicky Botwood

Planning/Development     Michael Burrowes  is the member for planning.  Writes on behalf of the BGA to the planners with objections to applications.  Attends and speaks at appeals and inquiries where appropriate.   Contact  Michael Burrowes
