The BGA occassionally organizes social events such as:

Carol singing
Lectures
Visits to local institutions
Award of Community Prize
Carol singing

We run two evening lectures each year one in the autumn and one in the spring. And the BGA is constantly open to suggestions on future events.
For many years we held a barn dance at the Sacred Heart School, until our brilliant ‘Caller’ retired. Any member who wishes to revive this event or introduce any other social event should contact our Secretary

Blue plaques

Various artists have been honoured by blue and brown plaques in the Brook Green Association Area:

Henry Irving lived on the site of the Saint Paul School for Girls on Brook Green, while Frank Short lived on Brook Green 59.
